This past year has tested us mentally, physically, and emotionally. As we round the corner of on a year of Covid, it is more important than ever to take time and focus on our personal well-being. To help us do that, I, along with my friend Carol, created the 2021 Well-Being Challenge, where each month I’ll share a fun and manageable activity designed to get you back to a positive, healthy state.
Challenges range from fitness to food and from getting outdoors to giving back and participating is easy. Each monthly challenge will be shared via a YouTube video. While the Challenge officially kicked off in February, it’s never too late to join in and get started.
